Her extensive experience as a producer, director, writer, host, and editor has garnered national recognition and respect from industry peers. Known for her “concept-to-completion” work ethic, Ericka excels in developing innovative creative concepts and cultivating valuable relationships to produce top-tier content. From her early days at PBS to a very expansive career with The Walt Disney Company, Ericka has demonstrated a remarkable ability to lead teams and deliver outstanding results.
Her diverse roles have spanned from working for an Emmy Award-winning educational series, developing original arts and cultural programming, to creative production for the nation’s leading tourist destination. Ericka has also created Telly Award-Winning arts, history, and travel destination content.Her creativity has led to successful collaborations in broadcast, social media, and event production.
Tiny Monitor, Big World is my very personal exploration of productions past and present- the mechanics of how they come to life and the much larger, profound narrative that they’ve had on my life.
